hi i'm writing a book, i need books that can give me some names with a good vampire kick to it. and i'd for the books to be in a gothic state like The Monk by Mathew Lewis. i'd also like to suggest a couple names and get them rated with the public to get the right names for my vampire book.
What are some old books i can read to get gothic or really just older names for my vampire book?
Any books by Edgar Allen Poe, or if you think you could stay awake long enough to read some, any books about the medieval times, particularly medieval Europe.
Reply:Anne Rice has the best names, but if you used any of her names for a vampire, it would be way too obvious where you got them (Lestat, Louis, Claudia, Armand, etc.).
